Prepare for our visit
To ensure a smooth and safe service, please have your equipment in a location that is safe for both you and our technicians. Ideally, place your equipment on a flat surface within view of your home security camera. This helps ensure security before, during, and after services are rendered.
Please ensure your equipment is in operating condition. At this time, If the equipment does not run, we will still perform the service, however it will be in the same condition as we found it. Should your equipment need further inspection, our technicians will be happy to recommend one of our partners for that service.
